I was born in Mexico City and have a B.S. in food science, for 15 years I worked for the corporate world designing and marketing processed food. However, I started my meditation studies and everything changed. I moved to this blessed country and my spiritual journey formally began with Self realization fellowship and master Yogananda, path that I treasure and practice. I am certified Biomagnestism healer, certified Aromatherapy healer and certified Reiki I and II practitioner, certified Crystal intuitive and certified raw food specialist. After years reading, learning, practicing, seeking for my real talent I found the crystal quartz singing bowls in Our Beloved Mount Shasta 5 years ago where I trained with the Master singing bowl teachers and I just fell in love with the bowls. Then, I started reading and learning all that has been written about the bowls and the healing power documented. After that I played the bowls to start healing myself, my family and friends. Now, I want to help others to heal themselves with the higher frequencies of the crystal quartz singing bowls. Let the singing bowls help you to heal!!

Maria Fitzpatrick
Maria Fitzpatrick
Maria Rose discovered her love for yoga and meditation when she was 17; it was with a group of people doing yoga in a park under a tree that would lead her to teach 33 years later. After learning about her heart disease and living with back problems, she did postures and meditation to restore her heart health and recover physically and emotionally. In October 2012, thirty three years from the day she first encountered yoga, Maria entered the teacher training program at Red Pearl Yoga Studio under the direction of Surandran Pandaran and Lisa Pumper. She is grateful to be a part of the Aananda family and to have had the opportunity to learn from some of the best teachers in a variety of styles. She is taught in the Sivananda and Iyengar lineage and has training in transformation meditation by Sherrie Wade. She achieved a CYT 200 certificate and looks forward to a life-long study of yoga as both student and instructor. Maria is passionate about teaching and she will be an inspiration to everyone who gets to know her on and off the mat. She will bring a sense of connection to the class and her class can be considered for everyone. It will introduce the beginner to breathing exercises, sun salutations and the key poses of yoga. The intermediate student will also feel challenged and energized. After experiencing her class, you will feel strengthened, toned and flexible.
Colette Haboush

Colette has been practicing yoga since the late nineties and trained with Jimmy Barkan before starting her teaching career in 2009. She sought to become a teacher from a strong desire to be a help to others as they move through their life journey. Colette's teaching style originated in the discipline of the Barkan Method, and has been further inspired by other alignment-based therapeutic traditions (including the teachings of Mark Stephens and Leslie Kaminoff). The result is a well-rounded practice appropriate for various levels of ability that is very attentive to good foundational alignment and the individual mechanics of each body in motion. Her classes often feature held poses for strength building, flowing movement sequences for balance and grace and a focus on breathing to facilitate deep stretching, concentration and peace of mind. Colette is a very caring, inspiring and funny teacher known for her genuine and loving approach. Melody Rosen
Melody Rosen
As a dancer from a young age, I always believed in honoring my body, loving myself and expressing myself through movement. Practicing Yoga for over 5 years and certified in 200-hour teacher training under Mark Maldonado, "Yogi Satnaam" meaning truth. Studying the Yoga sutras of Patanjali and inspired by Ram Dass, I discovered Yoga is more than just movement and exercise on the mat, but actually a practice you take with you every moment of your life. Honoring your body and mind, and being true to yourself is the most important part of your practice. Through the practice of Yoga, we rid our selfs of ego and fill our selfs with radiating light and love. Without ego, there is no judgment on ourselves or others, relieving us of anxieties, stress and awakening the observant mind. Through the practice of our breath we stay in the present moment and do not get lost in the false reality that is the thoughts of our mind. Yet through Yoga, we learn to manifest Love and space into ourselves. My practice, goes beyond the studio and beyond the physical realm. Through Yoga you create self-study and awareness that ends in a result of balance and enlightenment. Find the Light, the Love and the Devine within yourself. Namaste. "Yoga is the Journey of the Self. Through the Self, to the self" -The Bhagavad Gita
Shelly Saunier
Shelly Saunier
My name is Shelly Saunier and I'm a woman of many hats, but mostly enjoying this little thing called life. I am a yoga teacher by day, Neonatal Intensive Care nurse by night, mother and wife all day everyday, health fanatic at meal times, master's student (to become a Advanced Holistic Nurse) a few days a week, and blogger in my free time. Yoga found me in high school senior year (2004) looking for a joke of a class that would give me an easy A under the class section "Stress Reduction". I immediately fell in love and then college happened. I got lost in the madness but somehow always made it to an occasional yoga class here and there. My true love for yoga blossomed at a time in my life where I needed it most. My father had passed; I had given birth to my son, started a new job, moved and got married all within a few months of one another. I was searching for the calm in the midst of a category 5 hurricane and yet again yoga showed up again and again. This time I was ready, I dived in the deep end and haven't quite come back up for air. I live, breath, eat yoga…literally. I submerge myself in yogic philosophy, teachings, videos, research, etc. and love every minute of it. Once I became a yoga teacher I knew it was somehow my calling to bring it and it's philosophy to others. My practice began as just a physical practice but over time has evolved into one of deep spiritual learning. I continue to read many books that continue to inch me closer and closer to my core and better understanding. I meditate daily and have a ritual of journaling, yin yoga, mantra meditation and then sulking in stillness prior to retiring for the evening. In the morning I begin the day with breath work and a passage from one of many inspirational books. I practice yoga on a daily basis and sometimes twice a day and on breaks from work  it get me though anything. Am I perfect? No, and I am not striving to be. Am I passionate about my practice and purpose? Absolutely! However, I believe that we are all learning to live in this duality of spiritual practice and the world of paying bills and it can be challenging. But whoever evolved from never being challenged? Our life lessons are our greatest teachers.
Jen Wexler
Jen Wexler
Jen started practicing yoga almost 15 years ago after suffering from debilitating migraine headaches. It was love at first sight! As a dancer, she found the combination of stretch, strength and flow familiar yet challenging. When she moved to New Jersey and began to practice with instructors from the tri-state area, her love for inversions and arm balances grew. Jen became a 200hr RYT instructor after studying under Monica Schmidt at American Yoga. Jen’s class is a fun, upbeat flow with options for beginners as well as seasoned yogis. She loves to incorporate arm balances and inversions within her challenging flow. Her background as a dancer and choreographer as well as a first grade teacher help her break down and explain the most complicated postures as well as help yogis move to the next level.
